Our team of Geniuses worked together at previous businesses, specialising in Learning and Development solutions.

Creating learner lead solutions was always our differentiator and we saw the opportunity to use funded training to offer this to other business.

Founded in 2009, Genius People began with a clear vision: to create learner lead qualifications to support the growth of businesses.

2010’s

In 2010, we were awarded a small but pivotal contract by Skills Development Scotland, which set the foundation for our journey.

Through hard work and dedication, we’ve built a robust employer base, allowing us to expand our offerings into a wide range of qualifications.

In 2016, Genius People took a significant step forward by acquiring an English Training Company. This strategic acquisition enabled us to offer a comprehensive cross-border solution for our employer base, further enhancing our ability to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

2020’s

Today, we proudly meet the diverse needs of our extensive employer network, continuing our commitment to empowering Scotland’s workforce with the skills they need to thrive.
